1. Zoom – This is a great choice for video/conference calling which even has a ‘free’ option if you don’t need it too often. Great for group meetings and screen sharing too.
2. Dropbox – Ideal for keeping all documents, pictures, spreadsheets and large files in one place, it’s easy to use and very secure.
3. Todoist – This is really a great way of organising workloads and sharing to-do lists with colleagues to ensure you’re on top of any client requests.
4. Call Whisper – We love this for helping identify business or personal calls if you are receiving them on the same phone.
